Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Aideworks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and Aideworks, registered in the Netherlands.

The service

Aideworks monitors SSL certificates, DNS records and domain health for domains you add to your account. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or real-time detection of every DNS change.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of an organisation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

• You may only add domains you own, manage, or are authorised to monitor.
• You may not use Aideworks to monitor domains without the domain owner’s consent.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Free and paid plans

The free plan is provided without charge and without a service level agreement. Paid plans include automated monitoring at agreed intervals. Pricing, plan features and any applicable SLA are described at aideworks.com/features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all domain data you add to Aideworks. By adding domains, you grant us a limited licence to perform monitoring activities on those domains solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your domain data with third parties.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aideworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if no payment was made.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
